Veterinary acupuncture has been used to treat animals for hundreds of years and, coupled with current Western medical therapies, can help to improve your pet’s quality of life, pain and inflammation.  Acupuncture is presently being used for veterinary patients with any of the following conditions:  Pain and inflammation associated with hip dysplasia, degenerative joint diseases and intervertebral disc disease Chronic diseases where current medical therapies are not achieving their goals and or where our veterinary patients have adverse experiences to their medications Seizure disorders Chronic allergic skin disease, those dogs that just can’t stop itching and licking with present medications To improve healing associated with recent surgery such as cruciate surgery Acupuncture can be combined with our Laser therapy Weight and appetite control Behavior changes as often seen with our senior citizen pets
