At this time, we ask that the only belongings brought with your pet to boarding is their food and medications. This is in the effort to reduce our staff's contact with outside items.

FAQ
Q: What can I bring for my pet’s stay?
A: We provide food (as long as your pet doesn't have any dietary/prescription food needs), water and blankets for comfort. You can bring in your own blankets or a bed if you would like, as well as toys (no rawhide please) and treats. Although we do inventory everything you bring upon check in, it is helpful if belongings are labeled as best as possible with your last name.
Q: How can I check on my pet during their stay?
A: We understand that you are leaving a family member in our care so give us a call, or check out our Facebook page to see pics of your pet! Our kennel staff are more than happy to update you on your pet. If your pet is staying more than a few days, we try to post new pictures every few days.
Q: What happens if I'm delayed and can't pick up on check out day?
A: If you have a friend or family member that can pick your pet up, just let us know. We can charge the credit card used to hold your reservation for final charges. No one available to pick your pet up? No worries! We can extend their stay and you can pick them up as soon as we open the next business day. (Although we are open 7 days per week, the hospital is closed 7 days per year.)
