Dr. Spector, DVM, DACVIM, is a specialist in small animal internal medicine certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM). Dr. Spector has many areas of special interest including diabetes and other endocrine disorders as well as gastrointestinal disease, heart disease and disorders of the immune system.
